John M Nomikos, RIEAS Director, participated in the Belgrade Security and Intelligence Forum (27-29 March 2025) and delivered a speech on “European Intelligence Cooperation”. Participants were from the Balkan, Scandinavian, Central Europe, Middle East and African states.
