The US so called war on terror in Afghanistan that impacted liberal societies in the West unfathomably in many ways have now entered a crucial phase. Russia and China have joined the theatre of war as the strongest stakeholders, and dancing in the combat zones. Last month President Xi Jinping paid a visit to Philippines to consolidate bilateral relationship in that he signed a number of agreements with Manila.
