Ioannis (John) M. Nomikos delivered a speech on "Human Intelligence (HUMINT) and VIP Professionals" in the 3rd Security Project Conference (24-25 April 2015) organized by Security Manager Journal in Athens, Greece.
Ioannis (John) M. Nomikos represented Greece and he delivered a research paper on "Illegal Migration, Organized Crime and Human Trafficking in Greece" in the Counterterrorism Conference (18-21 March 2015) in Jaipur, India. Conference participants were from the following states: USA, UK, Germany, Greece, Serbia, France, Russia, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Italy, Singapore, Bhutan, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Israel ,Canada, Philippines and representatives from the United Nations.
On December 19, 2014, RIAC held international seminar "Proposals on Development of Russian-Greek Partnership" cosponsored by the Research Institute for European and American Studies (RIEAS), Athens. Focused on a policy brief authored by experts of the two think tanks, the event was devoted to measures on strengthening bilateral ties in political, economic and humanitarian areas...

Ioannis (John) M. Nomikos (RIEAS Director) visited Taipei (06-12 October 2014) and delivered speeches on "terrorism, illegal migration and human-trafficking in the Balkan and Mediterranean region" at the Institute of International Relations (IIR) in the Chengchi University, Taiwanese Immigration Agency, and Prospect Foundation.
