(Brig Vinod Anand is a Senior Fellow at the Vivekananda International Foundation (VIF), New Delhi. He holds a post-graduate degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and is an alumnus of Defence Services and Staff College and College of Defence Management. Earlier he was a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Defence Studies and Analyses, New Delhi. Brig Anand has also been a Senior Fellow at the United Service Institution, New Delhi)
