Conference participants were from the following states: USA, UK, Germany, Greece, Serbia, France, Russia, Sri Lanka, Afghanistan, Italy, Singapore, Bhutan, Nepal, Indonesia, Malaysia, Bangladesh, Israel ,Canada, Philippines and representatives from the United Nations.
